Unless expressly agreed in writing, ownership or usage rights do not automatically include unused concepts, rejected concepts, strategy notes, working files, editable source files, internal documents, creative routes, process documents, proprietary frameworks, templates, research, drafts, or behind-the-scenes development work. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licensing terms. These may include fonts, stock images, stock video, music, plugins, software, templates, website platforms, or other licensed assets. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide to The Pen Haus are legally owned, properly licensed, or authorised for use.
